Custom 3D brand insoles

Michael Feigl will guide you through our modeling software and use a prepared foot scan to show you how quick and easy you can create a 3D underside for both side milling, even for insoles that have been modeled on top side only.

For this purpose, open a scan in our modeling program and load the appropriate history. Now the insole is displayed to you, below unprocessed and the insoles could now be milled so one-sided and then fitted into the shoe.

The modeling software now offers the possibility to recalculate the orthopedic markers. For this, the outer points, which are located on the insole, must be precisely positioned. Then, using the "brand insole" function and based on the orthopedic markers, a 3D brand insole is generated. Then, using the "brand insole" function and based on the orthopedic markers, a 3D brand insole is generated. The angles can be adjusted or changed manually. It is also possible to save various angle profiles in the system. For milling on both sides, the modeling program now calculates a 3-dimensional bottom profile based on the selection. This generated brandsole can be changed at any time, as can the parameters of the angles. This generated insole can be taken over and sent to the milling machine, however, this generated brandsole could be edited or even changed again using all available modelling tools, such as smoothing or adding any elements. These can be defined on the underside and are immediately displayed on the image. Mortons extensions, for example, can be incorporated extremely elegantly.

We wish you a lot of fun trying out and recreating.
